At Enoggera Baptist Church we have been blessed with a wonderful property! We have a number of spaces available for hire.
The hall
We have a large hall available for hire, complete with kitchen, toilet facilities and a playground outside.

FAQs

Yes! We have about 50 individual chairs and 5-6 trestle tables that you’re welcome to use as part of the hall hire fee. We just ask that you set them up and pack them away as you found them.

We’re blessed to have a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a commercial-style oven and stovetop. The kitchen includes:
Microwave
Two double-sinks
Plates, cutlery, glasses, plastic cups, some cooking utensils, pots and pans
Refrigeration is limited and available on request.
BYO napkins, cleaning elements, tablecloths and other catering related items.
If you plan on using the kitchen, please let us know on your booking form so we can ensure you have what you need.

The hall would comfortably fit 150 people in a sit down, classroom style set up.
For a standing format, capacity is around 200 people.

The hall doesn’t come with AV, however you’re welcome to bring in your own screen or projector. There are several power outlets throughout the hall.
The windows allow lovely natural light into the hall, so we recommend a TV screen over a projector for better visual quality.

We have a wonderful playground right next to the hall, suitable for young children. There are also some small play items inside the hall, which are available on request.
Our bathrooms are also equipped with baby change tables.

There are newly renovated bathrooms on site, including:
Women’s toilets (inside the hall) with baby change facility
Men’s toilets (inside the hall)
Disabled toilet (enter on the outside of the hall) with baby change facility

The hall is accessible from the two streets that the property sits between: Hawthorne Street and Bakery Lane.
Our main entrance is located on Hawthorne Steet and has on-street parking on both sides of the road.
Bakery Lane is a no through road, however, there are a few parking spots on the grass next to our building. There is a gate to enter.
